Our process is very simple. And we can tell you exactly what to expect with no surprises or tactics. The first step is your FREE in home consultation. We do not charge for this service as any professional shouldn’t, it is the only way to set yourself up as a company for success. During our first visit we will be looking for solutions to any potential problems in the install process. We will ask many questions that you may not have been asked before, not because we are trying to spend more of your money but only because we are trying to paint a perfect mental picture of your needs. We then get a proposal done in a timely manner depending on the size of the project and get it emailed  to you to go over. Your first draft will almost always be shocking to you. There are many parts of a complete system that are unknowns to the customer at first.

We here at Theater Advice are system designers and not salesmen. Your first draft is only a list of the products you need to finish your job the right way. The price is less of an issue at this point in the process. Many customers make the mistake at this very point of taking the lowest quote and going with that company. Even if the lowest quote is ours this is still a mistake. The best bet at this point is to take the quotes to the person you trust the most to go over them and make sure they are apples to apples. If the quotes are taken to the most skilled designer there are almost always flaws and missing parts leading to the price differences. These differences lead to more costs at a later date. Another mistake is trusting the lowest labor dollars, as most charge by the hour. You cannot hold anyone to their labor price if they charge by the hour and they will charge you more if they are there longer. At Theater Advice we only charge what was quoted, knowing it may take longer with no additional costs.

The final step after you deduce that Theater Advice is one of the few companies capable of delivering exactly what they promise is payment and scheduling. All jobs must be paid in full before staging product and scheduling an installation date. This policy is no different than any other company. We also have financing available for most product lines, but installation is separate. After payment is received you will have a schedule date within 48 business hours, keep in mind some custom products need to be ordered, i.e. most screens, and this may delay your install date. These things will usually be disclosed to you long before this point. After your install is completed and your instruction is given, take 10 days to play with everything and write down any questions or concerns you may have. Give us a call anytime for answers to your questions. Your labor carries a 6 month warranty. We will do anything within the means of logic to ensure your entire experience with us was near perfect. See you soon……
