Smaller companies tend to go that extra step each and every time to ensure a positive experience and referrals. As a smaller company we can also get product faster and fix problems quicker, as we do not have all of the “processes” that a large company has. At Theater Advice, experience truly meets customer service.

  Our knowledge base is vast and up to date. It is only in our best interest to know what we are talking about. We continue to learn every day about the industry and take on new challenges with our more patient clients. We attend many training classes and seminars on all new product lines and do tons of personal research on systems so that we may offer you the best selection of “solutions” because solutions is what this business is really about.
   
SELECTION WITHOUT PRESSURE:
  We at Theater Advice carry close to a hundred brands so our selection is vast. We have access to all of the most well known brands and ones that are just for the “elite” customer. However, if there is a brand that you are comfortable with and we do not carry it personally, I will act then as your personal shopper and get it for you. We will make much less money but the client gets exactly what they want. The big box stores and even smaller storefronts will always try to get you to only buy what they carry even though it may not be the best thing for your application. If it is in the metroplex and we can get it, we will. Keep in mind we do have an amazing product line and we chose our vendors for a reason…quality and value.
   
WE UNDERSTAND CUSTOM: 
  Custom is a company’s ability to truly improvise. When companies run into a problem they will scatter and make calls to try to find out what to do. They need the perfect part to get the job done when there are a thousand ways to please the client that don’t include making them wait two weeks. We are a custom company with many pathways to please a customer and with the clients blessing we will do what it takes to do just that.

  With over 15 years of combined industry experience in the most competitive of environments, retail, we understand our customers. We understand that our clients do not want to pay retail, and you should not have to. With a smaller company’s low overhead we can provide better prices. We understand that customers want their installation in a timely manner and with multiple installation teams we can provide you with faster turnaround times. We understand that when there is a problem our clients don’t want to be told that it will take two weeks to “fit you in” and we sympathize with that and we agree. We understand that our clients just want to be told the truth and not necessarily what we think they want to hear. We understand our customers and our customers understand us !
